James Otto began his insurance career in Prescott, Arizona in 1987. After developing a significant client following in the health and life market over the course of 15 years, Jim invited his daughter Jennifer Wilhelm to join the agency in 2002. Jennifer had previously spent 10 years with Chubb Insurance in Phoenix, Arizona.
In 2004, Jennifer’s husband Jeff Wilhelm joined the agency. Jeff’s insurance experience began while serving as a lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona for 16 years where his primary areas of practice included insurance and surety law. Jeff now serves as the managing member of Otto & Wilhelm Insurance and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters as well as a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Elder Law Section.
